In short

This site asks you for no data (no account, form, newsletter or comments) and uses no cookies, audience-measurement tools, advertising or third-party content. The plugin collects no data.

Data processed and purposes

• Technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser): processed transiently by Cloudflare to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The publisher's server keeps no access log; only critical error logs remain, size-limited and automatically overwritten.
• Messages you send by e-mail to [email protected]: used only to reply to you, kept as long as needed for the exchange.

Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); for e-mails, your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No automated decision-making or profiling. No data is sold or used for advertising.

Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare, Inc. acts as a technical processor (Cloudflare privacy policy). As it is established in the United States, transfers outside the EU may occur, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

Outbound links

The download button and the "GitHub" links lead to GitHub (Microsoft), which then receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy. The same applies to Elgato.

The Stream Deck plugin

The plugin runs locally on your PC. It reads the title, artist, cover and position through Windows without sending them anywhere, and contains no telemetry or analytics. It makes only two kinds of network calls: (1) on a "Play Media" key, it downloads from Apple's servers the cover art of the Apple Music link you entered; (2) Stream Deck's settings panel loads a UI script from sdpi-components.dev. Your settings stay in your Stream Deck profile.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Write to [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07), or with your local authority.
