Purpose

These terms govern access to this site and the download of the Stream Deck plugin "Apple Music Now Playing" (the "Plugin"), offered free of charge by Alexis Martin. By using the site or the Plugin you accept them.

Plugin license

The Plugin and the site code are distributed under the MIT license: you may use, copy, modify and redistribute them provided you keep the copyright notice and license. The bundled Apple Music icons remain the property of Apple Inc. and are not covered by the MIT license.

Independent project

The Plugin is neither affiliated with, endorsed nor sponsored by Apple Inc., Elgato or Corsair. It works with Apple Music for Windows, the Stream Deck software (6.5+) and Windows APIs (SMTC, Core Audio, UI Automation); an update to any of them may break it partly or entirely. You remain responsible for complying with the terms of Apple Music and any other service you use.

No warranty and liability

The Plugin and the site are provided "as is", without warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for damages arising from their use. These limits do not apply to gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and do not remove any mandatory rights you have.

The file is hosted on GitHub. Install it only from the link on this site or the official repository, and review the source code if you wish.
